Say hello to Flippy and Goldie!
My two new babies... =)

They're so hard not to look at...
So cheery and agile and so darn pretty
Alright even if they're guys so whatever right?

Haha...i'm happy to announce that they've been living on my study desk in their cute pink tank(oops! sorry guys i love pink so much...lolx)for three days already and that they're still alive...;>

The first day they were depressed due to the stupid shop containing them in small bags of water and probably feeding them with icky black worms or sthg...YUCK MAN!
(Yeap i got the cheap ones out of fear of killing the costly ones...lolx)
Flippy huddled in one corner near the surface of the tank, not moving and Goldie was at the bottom of the tank and a wierd angle. I THOUGHT he was suffering from swim bladder disease. Gosh it was scary and depressing...
And they both wouldn't eat their pallets, though Flippy tried to but to no avail coz his mouth was too damn small...=(

The second day when i got home they've already messed up their food all over the tank, Flippy made bubble nests and Goldie just wouldn't stop swimming! Can you believe it! A miraculous recovery! They were happy!

The last time i had fishes was when i was six years old, i think...
Hmmm...That time was goldfishes...And my mom did all the work...i was just a kid, whadya expect?
Right now i really have the strong urge to get fishes again
But i'm concerned about the expenditure especially the electricity usage
Well, at least my dad would...lolx
So to be considerate to the rest of the family i've finally opted to keep Siamese Fighting Fishes instead!

Looking forward to tmr's trip to Qian Hu Fish Farm with Haz
